Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe COPD who have received EBV treatment; 2.Patients with pulmonary CT images and lung function test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bullae occupying more than 30% of the thoracic cavity.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in pulmonary function test (FEV1, FVC, RV, TLC, FEV1/FVC) after EBV treatment;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in 6 minute walking distance after EBV treatment;Change in quantitative CT values (emphysema, lung parenchyma, vessels, airways, respiratory muscles) after EBV treatment;Pulmonary radiomic features before and after EBV treatment ;Predictive radiomics model of EBV treatment efficacy;Predictive clinical-CT model of EBV treatment efficacy;Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events;
