Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?conformed with the criteria of stages 1-4 in CKD staging proposed by the 2002 edition of the American Kidney Disease Foundation's Kidney Disease Prognosis Quality Initiative Working Group (KDOQI),GFR (ml/min/1.73m2) is used as the judgment criterion,stage 1 with GFR normal or increasing, stage 2 with GFR 60-89 ml/min/1.73m2, stage 3 with GFR 30-59 ml/min /1.73m2, stage 4 with GFR 15-29 ml/min/1.73m2; ?Patients aged 18-69 years; ?Resident of Chengdu city, no relocation or long-term going out plan within one year, and able to move around on their own; ?Blood pressure standard, systolic blood pressure =150mmHg and diastolic blood pressure =95mmHg in quiet state; ? Exclusion criteria
