Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for MOH in the ICHD-3;(2) Accepted BI intervention; (3) Ability to fill out a headache diary; (4) According to the WHO age classification standard, the age is = 65 years old; (5) Conscious and able to communicate with others normally; (6) Informed consent and willingness to participate in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are currently diagnoses of comorbidities, major and complex medical or psychiatric disorders (excluding anxiety and depression disorders); (2) Addicts to other drugs or substances (excluding acute symptomatic drugs for treating headaches); (3) Patients with severe underlying diseases or other diseases that require long-term use of painkillers.
