Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 ~ 49 years old;2.A single fetus;3.Conceive naturally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of diabetes or thyroid disease or receiving medication for diabetes or thyroid dysfunction; 2. Take other drugs that affect thyroid function or blood sugar, such as hormones, antipsychotics, immunosuppressants, etc.
