Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Meeting the 2020 ADA guidelines for the diagnosis of prediabetes ; b) Age: 25-65 years old (inclusive); Both sexes; c) Subjects shall sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; b) those who are using drugs that have an effect on blood glucose; c) Major trauma, surgery, stress, etc.; d) pregnant or lactating women; e) Patients with other serious primary diseases or mental diseases; f) Patients with a long history of chronic diarrhea; g) Participated in other clinical studies in the past three months; h) Patients with a history of taking traditional Chinese medicine within the past week; i) Other circumstances in which the investigator considers the patient inappropriate to participate in the study.
