26 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a history of progressive dysmenorrhea or menorrhagia and was diagnosed as adenomyoma by pathology; Patients who underwent laparoscopic adenomyomectomy; Uterine volume less than 12 weeks of pregnancy; Patients consent for 3 months of GnRH-a treatment and LNG-IUS insertion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical or endometrial malignant lesions after hysteroscopy or diagnostic curettage; Patients with extensive pelvic endometriosis; Patients have fertility requirements within two years; Patients with contraindications for placing intrauterine devices; Patients with incomplete important data and unable to obtain follow-up information; Patients with severe dysfunction of liver and renal function.
