18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sign an informed consent form; 2) Age = 18 years old; 3) Patients with lung cancer diagnosed by tumor biopsy or surgical pathology and with TNM stage III or above; 4) Cardiac color ultrasound indicates that the cardiac ejection fraction is within the normal range; 5) The Eastern Cancer Collaborative Group (ECOG) physical fitness score = 0-2 points; 6) Organ functions are good and meet the following indicators: Hemoglobin = 90g/L White blood cells = 3.5 × 10^9/L Platelets = 100 × 10^9/L Neutrophils = 1.5 × 10^9/L Glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase is no more than 3 times the normal upper limit Glutamic pyruvate transaminase is not greater than 3 times the normal upper limit Bilirubin is not greater than 1.5 times the normal upper limit Serum creatinine value is not greater than 1.25 times the upper normal limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Concomitant with other malignant tumors or having suffered from malignant tumors other than lung cancer in the past 5 years, except for skin basal cell carcinoma or flat cell carcinoma that has been fully treated and controlled, and carcinoma in situ of the cervix; 2) Patients with active infection are not suitable for chemotherapy; 3) Serious diseases associated with non malignant tumors that affect patient compliance or place patients at risk for chemotherapy; 4) Severe liver dysfunction, liver function grade (Child Pugh) C; 5) Severe cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function level III or above; 6) Patients with severe renal insufficiency, failure stage, uremic stage.
