Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis (2) meet the X-ray Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) scale classification, meet the grade ?, ? or ?; (3)) VAS score > 3 (4) voluntarily giving up other treatment measures during the treatment; (5) age 40-85 years, disease duration more than 3 months; (6) those who did not use drugs or other treatment methods in the past one month; (7) those with good compliance and consent to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Knee injury, rupture, infection (2) patients with obvious organ organic lesions, severe hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or malignant tumors, pregnant women, etc. (3) patients with inflammatory arthritis or knee ligament or tendon acute injury (4). People with neurological disorders, including radiculopathy, polyneuropathy, or central nervous system disease (5). People with mental illness; (6) patients with other types of arthritis such as rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis; (7) patients with previous joint replacement or arthroscopy history;
