Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery in our hospital under temperature monitoring from 06.01 to 2022-10.31 and patients undergoing surgery in another branch center under temperature monitoring from 2023-06-01 to 2023-07-01

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. <18 years old; 2. Cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation or surgery requiring therapeutic hypothermia; 3. Craniocerebral diseases and other operations that may impair the ability to regulate body temperature; 4. Operation duration less than 90 minutes; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. ASA Level 4 or above; 7. High fever caused by infection (T = 37.5? 7 days before surgery); 8. History of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism; 9. Any missing information.
