18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First stroke, duration >1 month; ? No previous history of cognitive impairment, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score < 26; ? Age 18-75 years old; ?Clear consciousness, can cooperate with the completion of related treatment and evaluation; ? Patients and their guardians gave informed consent to this study and signed relevant documents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe aphasia or cognitive dysfunction before onset; ? Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organ diseases; ? Consciousness disorder, severe aphasia or sensory motor impairment, psychiatric history; ?There are contraindications for TMS treatment, such as implantation of electronic devices or metal foreign bodies; ?Other causes of cognitive impairment, such as brain trauma, epilepsy, intracranial tumor, intracranial infection, etc.; ? Can not cooperate with related treatment and evaluation.
