Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The women who planned to have vaginal delivery under labor analgesia in our hospital, aged =18 years old, gestational age =37 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: An emergency labor; Transfer caesarean section; There are contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; Epidural puncture failed or epidural block failed; Severe epidural block complications (local anesthetic poisoning, general spinal anesthesia, etc.)
