Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Establish a file in the obstetrics department of our hospital and conduct regular birth examination according to the requirements; ? Pregnant women have high school or above education; ? The pregnant women and their families agreed to the study; ? Pregnant women were screened for depression by 9-item patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) at 8-12 weeks of gestation, with scores ranging from 5-14.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women with a history of mental illness before pregnancy; ? Pregnant women with a family history of mental illness; ? Pregnant women with serious heart, lung, brain and other organ function damage.
