Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer and undergo gastrectomy; 2) Patients who can ensure that they can return to the hospital for follow-up examination on the 14th day after surgery; 3) Age= 18 years old; 4) Clear speech, able to communicate normally, no psychiatric or neurological diseases affecting patients' understanding of this study; 5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have malignant tumors in other sites; 2) severe diabetes or poor blood sugar control; 3) paralytic and mechanical intestinal obstruction; 4) Active gastrointestinal bleeding and shock; 5) Severe diarrhea, intractable vomiting and severe malabsorption syndrome.
