Dexmetomidine Group(DEX):Intravenous infusion of dexmetomidine 1.0 µg / kg (completed in 15min)
Midazolam Group(MID):Intravenous injection of midazolam 0.02mg / kg

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade ? ~ ?. 2) 18-65 years old. 3) patients with limited mouth opening in elective oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) mental nervous system disease; 2) severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3) skull base fracture; 4) preoperative use of sedation and analgesia; 5) abnormal blood coagulation; 6) history of sinusitis, nasal or paranasal sinus deformities.
