18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recent PSA is located in the grey area (4 ng/ml < PSA < 20 ng/ml) and scheduled for prostate cancer screening; 2. Understand and acceptable the meaning of the research; 3. Acceptable for inspection after 2 years of follow-up survey;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Process of prostate biopsy in recent 6 months; 2. The previous diagnosis of prostate cancer; 3. To prostate surgery before, such as TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate); 4. Uncontrolled severe infection.
