18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) planned elective multiport thoracoscopic surgery: including lobectomy, segmental lung, wedge resection, alveolar resection, and mediastinal tumor resection; (2) ASA classification I-III; (3) age 18-75 years; (4) patients and family members understood the content of the experimental protocol and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age 75 years; (2) not meeting inclusion criteria; (3) refusal of informed consent; (4) previous history of ipsilateral open chest, extensive pleural adhesions; (5) psychiatric and neurological disorders; (6) hepatic and renal insufficiency; (7) morbid obesity with BMI >30; (8) coagulopathy; (9) bilateral surgery; (10) patients who were unconscious or unable to cooperate in pain description and evaluation; (11) patients with preoperative pulmonary infection, obstructive lung disease, or asthma; and (12) history of chronic pain.
