18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged from 18 to 80, both male and female; (2) The patient had no contraindication of general anesthesia or laparoscopic hepatectomy, and the ECOG score of the patient was 0-1; (3) Liver function was evaluated as Child A, and the Indocyanine green (ICG) clearance test showed retention ratio after 15 minutes <15%; (4) the diameter of tumor less than or equal to 5 cm, the tumor cannot invade the diaphragm or break through the liver capsule; (5) LARPH (S7 and S67) was evaluated by three experienced experts in the department, and the incision margin was expected to be no less than 1cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with previous abdominal surgery history; (2) Patients with cancer embolus in the right posterior branch portal vein, bile duct, or RHV.
