Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants of this study are parents of children with cancer, and children and their parents must meet the following inclusion criteria at the same time. 1. Children: (1) The child meets the diagnostic criteria of the International Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Childhood Cancer, and is diagnosed as cancer by imaging and pathological examination; (2) Age = 14 years with normal intelligence; (3) The course of the cancer is more than 1 month. 2. Parents of the child: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) The father or mother of the child who is the primary caregiver; (3) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with cancer and their parents who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded. 1. Children: (1) Combined with other serious diseases or chronic conditions, such as genetic metabolic diseases, heart, liver, and kidney insufficiency, etc.; (2) The expected survival period is less than 6 months, the condition is critical or may change at any time. 2. Parents of the child: (1) Suffering from serious organic diseases, audio-visual impairments, cognitive impairments and mental illnesses that cannot cooperate with the investigation; (2) Experienced other traumatic events in the past six months, such as sudden accidents, death of other relatives, etc.; (3) Parents are participating in other studies that have the potential to influence family adaptation.
