65 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years of age, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I-III, prospective orthopedic surgery (spine, joint, trauma, etc.); 2. no drugs that can significantly affect mental activity have been used within one month; 3. No family history of psychosis, no obvious cognitive dysfunction, clear consciousness before surgery; 4. Patients agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is critically ill or accompanied by consciousness disorder and cannot complete the score; 2. Illiterate (uneducated) group 6 years) group <= 24 points. 3. Complicated with brain trauma, heart-lung or abdominal organ injury; 4. Alcohol or drug dependence; 5. Reluctant to participate in researchers.
