Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease was diagnosed according to the MDS diagnostic criteria in 2015; 2. Agree to follow up on time and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other nervous system diseases ; 2.Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders as assessed by an expert neurologist.
