Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brachial artery blood flow < 500ml/min, internal fistula blood flow < 200ml/min 2. Preoperative ultrasonography showed that at least one stenosis or occlusion of the AVF was located in the artery, and the artery diameter was less than 2mm. Meanwhile, ultrasound-guided PTA at the arterial end of the AVF was performed for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without PTA for AVF inflow stenosis
