Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing painless fiberoptic bronchoscope 2. 18-75 years old, voluntarily cooperate to complete the entire experimental process ; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA), I-III. 4. After anesthesia assessment, the patient/family member has informed consent and signed a consent form; 5. The patient's general clinical information is complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Predictable difficult airway; 2.Previous oral trauma, burns, etc., mouth opening 35 kg/m2; 5.History of severe gastroesophageal reflux and symptoms of seizures recently 6.High risk of reflux aspiration; 7.A combination of psychiatric diseaseor history of allergy to conventional anesthetic drugs.
