Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= age 18 years old 2. Elective acceptance of general surgery level IV surgery 3. Complete medical records 4. Sign a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. >age 85 years old, 2. Preoperative DVT patients with a history of coagulation dysfunction, 3. Patients undergoing fourth-degree surgery for emergency surgery, 4. Patients with poor compliance, such as: mental abnormalities or cognitive dysfunction, poor cooperation, or refuse to accept this test.
