18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological malignant tumors patients, e.g., cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, etc. 2. Conservative treatment for lower limb lymphedema stage I or above after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. 3. age >= 18 years and < 80 years old. 4. TCM syndrome differentiation is Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome types, such as Qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, spleen and kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome types. 5. agree to accept treatment plan and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced cancer and cachexia. 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or combined with severe diseases such as liver, kidney, brain, and lung, or multiple organ dysfunction. 3. History of lower limb injury or (and) surgical history prior to surgery. 4. Edema symptoms because of cardiogenic, nephrogenic, and malnutrition. 5. Primary lymphatic system diseases or vascular reflux disorders. 6. Diabetes. 7. Psychotic patients. 8. Participate in other interventions for lower limb lymphedema. 9. unable to tolerate the Huo-long comprehensive moxibustion therapy.
