Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure: patients with stage C heart failure (clinical heart failure stage: patients with organic heart disease with previous or current signs and/or symptoms of heart failure), patients with stage D heart failure (refractory end-stage heart failure: patients with progressive organic heart disease who remain symptomatic at rest despite aggressive medical therapy and who require specific interventions); 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertension; 3. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for toxic evidence of hypertensive heart failure; 4. NYHA class II-IV; 5. Age 18-80 years; 6. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute phase of myocardial infarction; 2. Combined severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT > 100 U/L or AST > 100 U/L), severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate 5.5 mmol/L); 3. Severe haematological disorders and malignancies; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Psychiatric patients; 6. Those with severe heart failure with a life expectancy of less than six months; 7. Difficult to control hypertension or diabetes mellitus; 8. No Chinese medicinal preparation related to this disease in the past 2 weeks.
