18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. The patient was diagnosed with gastric cancer by histopathological examination of Pathology Department of West China Hospital before surgery; 3. Limited operation after three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery; 4. Informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other cancers of digestive tract or malignant tumors of other tissues and organs; 2. Short bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Uncontrolled infection before surgery; 4. Allergic to selected nutritional preparations; 5. Karnofsky index 3 mg/dl), respiratory insufficiency (arterial PaO2< 70 mmHg), American College of Anesthesia score 4-5, Child-C liver function; 6. Abnormal and poorly controlled thyroid function and other serious metabolic related diseases; 7. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 8. There is uncontrolled mental illness.
