Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lived in Shanghai at least 3 months during the survey; 2. Registered in the National Standardized Metabolic Disease Management Center of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and has been diagnosed as diabetes; 3. Aged 18-74 years old; 4. Be able to cooperate with those who complete the survey; 5. Have not participated in other clinical projects in the last month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to finish the survey; 2. With severe visual and auditory impairment; 3. A clear history of serious cerebrovascular diseases (including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction), Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and other neuropsychiatric history.
