18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bronchoscopy under general anesthesia in Xiamen Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University; 2. The age ranges from 18 to 90 years old; 3. Operation time >= 15min; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to withstand excessive neck extension or rotation due to cervical fusion or instability; 2. Anesthesia should not be performed in the supine position; 3. Acute exacerbations of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or bullae with the risk of pneumothorax; 4. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. There are contraindications to the use of laryngeal mask.
