18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the American College of Anesthesiologists ASA II-III patients; 2. Preoperative platelets greater than 100 x 10^9/L; 3. Valve replacement under CPB; 4. The age ranges from 18 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin or other platelet suppressors were taken within two weeks before surgery; 2. History of severe coronary heart disease or arrhythmia; left ventricular ejection fraction (EF < 40%); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Severe hypoxemia, SPO2 < 90%.
