45 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CO2 pneumoperitoneum was performed under general anesthesia; 2. Age 45-74 ; 3. 18.5 kg/m2 <= BMI <= 23.9 kg/m2; 4. ASA I-III; 5. The operation time was 2-4 hours; 6. The preoperative temperature was 36-37 °C; 7. No other infectious diseases; 8. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal thyroid function; 2. Patients with nasal disease or mucosal damage; 3. The patients were complicated with blood system diseases before operation; 4. Did not agree to participate in this study.
