Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023. 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists' (ASA) classification I-III; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High reflux aspiration; 2. Allergic to benzodiazepines or opioids; 3. History of drug abuse; 4. Take sedative, analgesic or antidepressant drugs within 24 hours; 5. Unable to cooperate with the communicator; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
