18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. NSCLC was diagnosed by histopathology; 3. Stage III (TNM Stage, American Joint Committee on Cancer/union for international cancer control 8th Edition) (Appendix 1); 4. Clinical evaluation shows that it is inoperable, and it is ready to start concurrent chemoradiotherapy; 5. WBC, neutrophil and lymphocyte counts >= LLN (lower limit of normal value) and = 100g/L, platelet >= 100 x 10^9/L, transaminase = 60 mL; 6. Karnofsky Physical Fitness (KPS) score >= 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hematopoietic diseases of blood system and immune system diseases (leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, etc.); 2. Previous radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy or biological therapy; 3. Known or suspected allergy or intolerance to the ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine compound; 4. Refusing to sign the informed consent form.
