60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years; 2. FEV1/FVC < 70%, and 30% < FEV1%pred < 80%; 3. No symptom aggravation or medication change in the last 2 weeks; 4. No patients with bronchial asthma or bronchiectasis; 5. Patients or their family members can use mobile phones and WeChat; 6. The patient has no long-term smoking history or has quit smoking; 7. The patient himself or his family members sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with respiratory failure; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Severe diseases of liver and kidney function; 4. Patients undergoing surgery within the last 3 months; 5. Patients who have participated in other pulmonary rehabilitation programs; 6. Other patients who are not suitable for breathing training; 7. Subjects who do not sign informed consent.
