Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease and received radial artery stent implantation in accordance with the "American Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease", and the operation was successful; 3. The postoperative condition was stable without serious complications; 4. TSK-SV Heart score >= 37; 5. Have smart phones, will use WeChat; 6. Understand the intervention program, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the "informed consent".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or severe neurological dysfunction impact assessment or method implementation; 2. Patients with limb dysfunction or disability affecting the evaluation of intervention effect; 3. Patients with severe hearing, speaking, reading, writing and cognitive impairment; 4. Participate in other researchers.
