Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for depression group 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV single-phase depression, with a HAMD score of > 8; 2. Aged 12-18 years old, right-handed, Han Chinese, able to accept family participation in the treatment process; 3. The patient resides with their parents (or one of them); 4. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group 1. The Chinese version of Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) was used for screening, and there was no past or current mental illness and no family history of mental disorder; 2. Age 12-18 years old, right-handed, Han; 3. Voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for depression group 1. Have a suicide plan in the past 2 weeks, or have committed suicide within one year; 2. Severe cerebrovascular diseases and neurological injuries such as traumatic brain injury; 3. Severe physical illness, unable to take care of oneself; 4. Abuse of comorbidities (excluding tobacco); 5. Individuals who are unable to complete the assessment due to severe psychomotor delay. Exclusion criteria for healthy control group On the basis of consistency with the exclusion criteria for patients with depression, healthy controls with first-degree relatives diagnosed with mental illness or having a history of mental illness treatment will be excluded from the group.
