60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The muscle strength of affected limb >= Grade III, and the muscle tension <= Grade I; 2. Brunnstrom stage IV and V; 3. 8 points <= HDRS score < 24 points; 4. Level 2 <= standing balance, and 30min <= stable standing time; 5. If patients were not treated with antidepressants, they would use mobile WeChat; 6. Volunteered and signed informed consent form; 7. Aged 60-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In patients with severe post-stroke depression, the HDRS score is >= 24; 2. Severe motor dysfunction; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, heart failure and respiratory failure; 4. History of dementia and mental illness; 5. Severe cognitive impairment and listening and speaking impairment.
