Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with basic hypertension, or those who were not diagnosed with hypertension before admission, were clearly diagnosed with hypertension in our hospital at the time of discharge; 3. Have certain verbal or motor communication ability, no cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction in the past, accompanied by serious diseases of the heart, kidney, liver and other important organs; 2. Severe aphasia or dysarthria, can not recognize and understand language well with assistance; 3. Patients with physical defects before the onset of disease.
