Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a confirmed diagnosis of AD; 2. The caregiver is at least 18 years old and is the primary caregiver in the patient's family; 3. The primary family caregiver has been caring for the patient for at least 12 weeks and >= 4 h/day; 4. Clear consciousness and unimpeded communication; 5. Informed consent, following the principle of voluntariness, and signed informed consent form; 6. Reside in Tianjin and have regular outpatient follow-up; 7. Have a smartphone and can use WeChat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are paid; 2. Those involved in other research topics; 3. Those who have received training in dementia knowledge.
