Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Senior medical students were eligible participants in this study. Before entering the randomized controlled trial, they must have completed or are currently studying the following basic courses: Human anatomy, physiology, Biochemistry, pathology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, Internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, Pediatrics, otolaryngology, Infectious diseases, Radiology, Preventive Medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed in the final examination of the six courses of human anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, Pathology, pathophysiology and diagnosis that have ended in the previous academic year; 2. Change of major, suspension or withdrawal during the academic year; 3. Because of personal reasons, do not want to participate in or quit; 4. Failed to complete 300 exercises of basic theories of orthopedics before the examination; 5. Participants assigned to the "Internet-assisted learning group" used Open AI-related software or applications during the study.
