18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: people who visited the gastroscopy center of the designated hospital and the gastroscopy results showed atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia; 2. Case group: aged 18-40 years (including 18 and 40 years old); 3. Control group: according to 1:2 age and sex matching, people who visited the gastroscopy center of the designated hospital, and the gastroscopy results did not indicate atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, kidney, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); 3. Use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant, steroid, and antibiotic drugs within 4 weeks before the start of the study; 4. Before the start of the study Diagnosed with cancer, gastrectomy; 5. Suffered from gastric or duodenal ulcers in the past; 6. Suffered from blood diseases, including anemia and bleeding tendency caused by other diseases.
