normobaric hypoxic training combined with Tai Chi:normobaric hypoxic training combined with Tai Chi (15%,Yangshi simplied 24-type TaiChi), 1h/ time, once/day, 5 times/week for 4 weeks

45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 45-70 years old; 2. Sub-health status evaluation questionnaire (SHSQ-25) score >= 35; 3. Can complete cardiopulmonary exercise test; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of trauma and acute disease within the past 1 month; 2. Those who cannot complete Tai Chi training; 3. Those who had tai chi training for more than 6 months before intervention; 4. Participating in other cardiopulmonary tests; 5. People with acute mountain sickness; 6. Researchers think it is not suitable to participate in the experiment.
