Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 65-85 years; 2. Diagnosing malnutrition and/or frail and/or sarcopenia; 3. Can eat orally and move autonomously; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 2. Malignant tumors should receive antitumor therapy; 3. Severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with intervention; 4. Contraindications to exercise; 5. Severe allergy, especially to protein; 6. Poor compliance; 7. Other reasons why the investigator is not suitable to participate in the trial.
