Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45 and above; 2. Having children currently studying at Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 3. The research subjects and their children cooperated in participating in this experiment; 4. Having normal listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; 5. Collaborate with daily use of digital technology; 6. Volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The research subjects have no fixed contact information, no children are responsible for contacting, and it is not convenient to contact them by phone or WeChat; 2. Subjects taking any psychotropic drugs; 3. The research subjects have mental symptoms such as confusion and unclear language expression; 4. The study subjects merged with other serious systemic diseases and severe physical functional impairment; 5. The study subjects also participated in other clinical trials; 6. Other reasons are not suitable for participating in the experiment.
