15 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the clinical manifestation and imaging before operation, the lumbar disc herniation was definitely diagnosed and the symptom was caused by soft protrusion; 2. The pain was not relieved or aggravated after 6 weeks of conservative treatment; 3. No contraindication was found and PTD was performed voluntarily; 4. Complete medical records and imaging data are available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical treatment for spinal related diseases; 2. Two or more LDH (Lumbar Disc Herniation); 3. Infection, tumor and fracture before the first operation; 4. Patients with thrombocytopenia or other bleeding disorders were treated with platelet inhibitors such as aspirin within 24 hours and anticoagulation within 7 days before surgery; 5. Patients who could not complete the follow-up; 6. Missing socio-demographic and/or imaging data.
