Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: People with repeated violent behavior (1) Aged 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; (2) Violent criminals who have been in prison for less than 1 month (newly admitted criminals), criminals who have been sentenced to re-education through labor for six types of assault acts, including intentional homicide, robbery, rape, intentional injury, arson, and picking quarrels and provoking trouble, have repeated violent acts in the past 5 years, the number of times >= 2; (3) Have a certain degree of education and can cooperate with the completion of evaluation and inspection; (4) Patients sign informed consent. 2. Control group A: Nonviolent behavior disorder (1) Aged 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; (2) Non-violent behavior disorders, such as fraud, the number of behavior disorders matched to the case group; (3) Patients sign informed consent. 3. Control group B: healthy people (1) Aged 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; (2) Recruit normal healthy people and collect fecal samples; (3) Matched with case group in terms of age, education, occupation, gender, etc.; (4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign the informed consent; 2. Persons who, for medical reasons, are no longer able to serve in the prison; 3. History of brain trauma, alcohol and drug dependence, psychotropic drug use, neurological and other mental disorders, endocrine diseases, obesity, etc.; 4. A history of cancer or other gastrointestinal inflammatory diseases; 5. A history of drug offences; 6. Have had major gastrointestinal surgery (such as cholecystectomy and appendectomy, etc.) within 5 years; 7. Use of antibiotics or probiotics within 3 months prior to sampling (long-term consumption of yogurt); If yes, please indicate the time and type of use; 8. Significant dietary changes in the week prior to sampling; 9. Women during menstruation and women during pregnancy should not be sampled.
