65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Fresh fracture (<= 3 weeks) with three or four parts according to Neer classification; 3. Open reduction and plate internal fixation were used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with autologous iliac or fibula bone graft; 2. Patients with other fractures; 3. History of renal failure; 4. History of cardio-cerebral embolism in the past 1 year; 5. History of stent implantation in the past 1 year; 6. History of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; 7. Incomplete clinical data.
