65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the COPD-related diagnostic criteria established by the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and conform to moderate severity according to pulmonary function grading requirements, i.e., 30% = 88% and the patient has obtained a discharge permit; 4. Are conscious and have the ability to exercise and communicate; 5. All patients have given informed consent and signed the cooperation agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other serious lung diseases: including lung cancer, interstitial pneumonia, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pulmonary thrombosis, etc.; 2. Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, osteoporosis, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy and lactating women, etc.; 3. Patients with upper limb movement disorders and other related contraindications.
