Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Elective surgical treatment under general anesthesia; 3. No surgical treatment for other surgical system diseases in the past 1 month before admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refuse to participate or are unable to understand and communicate; 2. Cardiac and neurosurgery; 3. Those who cannot complete cognitive function tests or have undergone neuropsychological tests; 4. Preoperative mini-mental status examination (MMSE) score less than 9 points; 5. Illiterate or have severe visual or hearing impairment; 6. If they are transferred to the ICU after surgery, cannot be discharged alive, or cannot complete all tests 7 days after surgery.
