Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects were pregnant women who received pregnancy examination at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University and gave birth in this hospital at less than 12 weeks gestation. 2. All were singleton pregnancies; 3. Good communication skills, willing to participate in this study; 4. Patients aged 30-49 years without abnormal uterine development; 5. Pregnant women who use Android smartphones and can read.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental abnormality; 2. Early fetal protection treatment; 3. Complicated with serious heart, kidney, lung and other organ diseases; 4. Twins and multiple births; 5. Combined with immune diseases, reproductive tract infections, prepregnancy diabetes and other diseases.
