Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal population: (1) No history of kidney related disease; (2) No hypertension, diabetes and other basic diseases; (3) No history of autoimmune disease; (4) No clinical manifestations of related kidney disease. (5) Age at least 14 years old. 2. Patients with lupus nephritis: (1) Patients with LN who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for LN in the 2019 EULAR/ERA-EDTA guidelines and were admitted to our hospital with a definite clinical diagnosis during the study period; (2) LN confirmed by renal biopsy; (3) Those who underwent ultrasound less than three days before renal biopsy; (4) Complete clinical data; (5) Age at least 14 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart valve disease; 2. Renal artery stenosis or urinary tract obstruction; 3. The patients with associated diseases either immune or non-immune; 4. There was cyst or tumor in the kidney; 5. Poor ultrasound image quality; 6. Abnormal renal function caused by other reasons.
